Mixer Create on iOS will soon be able to stream any games

Because iOS isn't the open playground Android is, Microsoft'due south mobile broadcasting app, Mixer Create, has been more express on iPhone and iPad. To stream, games have required support to be built into the game by the developers using ReplayKit, and as such only a small-scale selection of titles could be streamed to Mixer.

That's all nearly to change thanks to the built-in iOS 11 screen record feature, and folks on the Mixer Create beta are getting their kickoff look right at present.

The latest update is simply pushing out through TestFlight and the changelog reads equally such:

  • Now supporting Screen Recording on iOS 11 to allow dissemination of any game or app on your device
